The v6000 version is one of the most recent updates to Canon’s proprietary maintenance software. Locate the "Main" tab and find the "Clear Waste Ink Counter" section. Set the "Main" dropdown to "0" and click "Set."
Press the Stop button 5 times (or 6 times for some newer models). Release the Power button.
