The Epson Adjustment Program, or "resetter," is a maintenance utility that allows users to reset internal digital counters.

Every time you print or clean the printhead, a small amount of ink is deposited into a sponge-like waste ink pad. The printer tracks this usage digitally. Once the counter reaches its limit (~12,000 prints on average), the printer stops working to prevent ink overflow.

The software clears "Ink Pad Full" and "Service Required" errors, allowing the printer to bypass the digital lockout.
