Use this method if your phone is frozen, stuck on a boot loop, or if you have forgotten your lock screen password.
Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button at the same time.
After the factory reset is complete, your Vivo Y28 5G will restart to the initial setup screen. You will need to: Select your language and region. Connect to a Wi-Fi network. Log back into your Google Account. Restore your data from a backup if available.
