Turn the decoder upside down. There is typically a white label or sticker applied by the manufacturer.
The fastest way to locate the serial number is by inspecting the decoder hardware.
Select (or the respective system information option for your specific model) and press OK .
If the physical sticker on your decoder is illegible or missing, you can retrieve it directly through the TV screen using your remote. Turn on your TV and the StarTimes decoder. Press the button on your StarTimes remote control. Navigate to Settings and press OK .
