Some older Nokia drivers struggle with USB 3.0 (blue) ports. If the connection drops, try plugging the cable into a USB 2.0 (black/white) port.

Run the installer as an Administrator before plugging in the device.

If you have previously installed drivers for other brands (like Samsung or MTK), they may conflict. Uninstalling old mobile drivers can often resolve "device not recognized" errors. Using the Driver for Data and Backup
